XMoose Demolition completed a 2,700 square foot selective interior demolition at CEQAL Laboratory to prepare the space for a facility upgrade and installation of new laboratory systems.
The project included removal of laboratory equipment, fume hoods, interior walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and other building components. Due to the sensitive laboratory environment, the work was carried out with careful planning, precise execution, and strict attention to cleanliness and safety.
The space was successfully cleared and prepared for the next phase of renovation and installation of new lab equipment and systems.
