XMoose Demolition completed a 6,600 square foot full interior demolition at CF Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver, consisting of two adjacent retail units: Lululemon and Steve Madden.
The project involved complete removal of all interior partition walls, ACT ceiling tiles, T-bar grid systems, drywall ceilings, flooring systems, millwork, fixtures, and associated materials. The space was fully stripped to the base building structure, preparing it for redevelopment and tenant improvements.
This large-scale commercial retail demolition was successfully completed within a five-day timeline, demonstrating our ability to deliver efficient, high-volume demolition services in active shopping centre environments.
